How would we design the new Theory 2.0 office and cafe space?
The simple answer - as a team. It's important to first start with a strong foundation. I want to get to know you (the client) and understand all your wants, dreams and goals for the space. As the interior designers, we will ask a million questions to understand how the space should feel and function. Then, we will use our technical programming/space planning skills and vast knowledge of materiality, construction, furniture and lighting to bring it all together. We are proud of our creative, organized process. It makes for a fun project.
Our perspective of key elements that differentiated the Theory brand include: refinement, professional, smart & fresh, high-quality, minimal, functional, sustainable, philanthropic, women empowerment, and wellness orientation. What will make the space unqiue and innovative is how clearly we can translate your brand identity into the space.
If you want to stay true to your values of wellness and sustainability, we can source sustainable materials, fabrics and add foliage that makes the space feel healthy and fresh. To make that space smart and functional, perhaps we add full spectrum task lighting at the work stations, built-in storage areas to display inspirational design books, floating ledges or shelving space to easily present fashion boards, or integrated clothing racks for easy display. For the workspace and cafe to be high-quality and fresh, we will be sure to source art, furniture and fabrics that are current, beautiful and classic.
